NEW YORK (CBS) Exotic dancer Sabrina Tullos, who was seen on HBO's Real Sex, filed a lawsuit against a Maryland strip club under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act on grounds that she should receive regular paid wages - not just tips, according to reports.

According to her lawsuit, Tullos, who began working at the Mile High Club in Prince George's County in 2006, says she serves as an employee of the club, not a contractor, and is owed paychecks, reports the Washington Post.

In the eight-page suit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court, Tullos says dancers are required to pay the club a daily $15 "tip out" fee in order to work, a daily $10 disk jockey fee and forced to hand over half the earnings from every $20 lap dance, reports the paper.

Tullos also claims that the club has used her image in promotional campaigns and she has been fined if she failed to come in to work or called in sick, according to the suit.

She is seeking $204,600 in back pay and reimbursement of fees, according to the Post.

Tullos reportedly still dances at the Mile High Club.
