Jeb Bush: on his father's criticism of Cheney

"My brother's a big boy. His administration was shaped by his thinking, his reaction to the attack on 9/11. I think my dad, like a lot of people that love George, want to try to create a different narrative perhaps, just 'cause that's natural to do right? But George would say, 'This was under my watch. I was commander-in-chief. I was the leader, and I accept personal responsibility for what happened, both the good and the bad.' And I think that's the right way to look at it. As it relates to Dick Cheney, he served my brother well as vice president. And he served my dad extraordinarily well as secretary of defense." -- interviewed by NBC News' Kasie Hunt

Marco Rubio: Credit card expenditures "not a big deal"

"The expenditures are all available. You can find them -they're on the Republican party's elections disclosures, so it's not a big deal and I don't think people will be impressed with it." -- to reporters after filing for New Hampshire ballot in Concord, New Hampshire

On Trump's interest in his finances

"It'll be fully addressed, as it was in my book. I find it curious that Donald Trump the only person in this race who's filed for bankruptcy not once, but four times, is attacking anyone's finances. But look, we're going to continue to talk about our message." -- to reporters after filing for New Hampshire ballot in Concord, New Hampshire

Lindsey Graham: ISIL and the Russian plane

"If it wasn't ISIL, it doesn't mean they don't want to do this. They would do this and more. So, the first thing we have to realize -- if they had nothing to do with this bombing, they still want to kill us all. I mean, they want to kill every Christian they find. They want to purify their faith by killing every Muslim that disagrees with them, destroy Israel and attack us here at home. So, I don't know if they have the capability to get a bomb on board an airplane in Egypt. If they do, that's a great move forward for ISIL. So all I can say is they need to be degraded and destroyed, and our plan to do so is not working." -- interviewed on CNN
