Ed Sheeran debuts massive new lion chest tattoo, see the pic
Ed Sheeran has a new, huge tattoo, and when he's shirtless next, this one will be hard to miss.
"Halfway and ouch," the "Thinking Out Loud" singer captioned his new lion (and still-in-the-works) tattoo pic Tuesday on Instagram.
Sheeran, 24, got inked to commemorate playing three sold-out shows at England's Wembley Stadium. He actually had a different tattoo in mind at first, telling the BBC, "Originally I was going to get the floor plan tattooed on my side, but that seemed a bit ridiculous." In the end he went with the lion, which is the logo for the English National soccer team.
This is by far not the first time Sheeran has gotten inked; he also has tattoos of a teddy bear, a ketchup bottle and the logo from "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air."
Sheeran, meanwhile, recently landed a role on on Kurt Sutter's upcoming FX medieval drama, "The Bastard Executioner." Wonder if that will call for another tat.
