"Eat Pray Love" Premiere: Pretty Woman in Short Shorts
Best-selling author Elizabeth Gilbert joined the Oscar-winning cast for the premiere of her "Eat Pray Love" Tuesday night at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York.
The widely anticipated movie, which is based on her non-fiction book of the same name, stars Julia Roberts, Javier Bardem, Richard Jenkins, James Franco, Viola Davis and Billy Crudup. It was directed by "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy and opens in theaters Aug. 13.

Roberts, the "Pretty Woman" star who won an Oscar in 2001 for "Erin Brokovich," created some buzz with her red-carpet look - a black Stella McCartney shorts suit.
In the movie, she plays Gilbert, who deals with a mid-life crisis with a journey of self discovery to Rome, India and Bali.
Co-star Bardem took home Oscar gold in 2008 for "No Country for Old Men," and Viola Davis and Richard Jenkins were 2009 Oscar nominees, she for "Doubt" and he for "The Visitor."For her red-carpet appearance, Gilbert chose a pink print Oscar de la Renta gown.
Missing from the star-studded lineup was Bardem's new bride, Penelope Cruz. But his Hollywood pal Josh Brolin was there to help him celebrate.
