(CBS) -- Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, stars of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting," have become grandparents for the second time.

Their eldest son, Josh Duggar, 23, welcomed his second child on Wednesday, a baby boy, with wife Anna.

The new addition was born three days before his due date at the couple's home in Tontitown, Ark., weighing in at 8 lbs., 5 oz., according to People magazine. His parents would reveal only that his name begins with an "M." He joins big sister Mackynzie, 20 months.

The couple won't have to worry about finding a babysitter or playmate. The newborn has 18 aunts and uncle, including 17-month-old Josie, who is Michelle and Jim's youngest child.

For more on the new Duggar arrival, check out the special "19 Kids and Counting: First Grandson" airing Sunday at 8 p.m. on TLC.
