Duchess Kate accepts honorary membership at Wimbledon
Expect to keep seeing the Duchess of Cambridge at Wimbledon.
The former Kate Middleton, 31, has accepted an honorary membership at the All England Tennis Club, according to British reports.
"The Duchess was pleased to accept the kind offer, especially given her interest in tennis," a palace spokesperson said, according to the U.K.'s Telegraph.
The offer has reportedly sparked speculation that Kate will be invited to succeed the Duke of Kent as club president when he steps down, the Telegraph added.
Kate is no stranger to Wimbledon -- since marrying Prince William in 2011, she has become a regular fixture in the royal box at the tennis stadium, taking in matches with her husband andsister Pippa Middleton.
The Daily Mail notes, however, that Kate may not be in the Wimbledon stands this summer, since she is due to welcome her first child in July.
