Dog found with snout duct taped, wandering street
DARLINGTON, S.C. -Deputies in South Carolina are asking for help after a dog was found with its head and mouth duct taped.
Darlington County Sheriff Wayne Byrd says his office received an anonymous call about the dog on Monday.
Deputies were able to catch the dog and remove the duct tape. He was taken to the Darlington County Animal Shelter for care and treatment.
