Dilfer Signs With Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens have signed quarterback Trent Dilfer, formerly of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The free agent signed a one-year deal worth a reported one million dollars.

Dilfer is a former first-round draft choice and entered this season as the Bucs starting quarterback.

But he lost his job to rookie Shaun King, who took the Bucs to the NFC championship game.

Dilfer says he'll go into training camp with the Ravens knowing he's the backup to starter Tony Banks.
