David Spade: "I'm Just A Moron"
The caustic wit that David Spade honed in his years on "Saturday Night Live" has contributed to many TV shows, including "Just Shoot Me," "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Daughter," and now in "Rules of Engagement," which is in its third season.
Spade sat down with Early Show co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez and dished about fun on the set of "Rules of Engagement," as well as how his character, Russell Dunbar, shows his softer side in an upcoming episode.
He also told Rodriguez that he likes to keep it simple when it comes to acting. Spade doesn't play the tough roles like that of Al Pacino, or wear the "Benjamin Button" type of make-up, he joked.
"I am Spade and now I am Russell," Spade said.
Make-up or not, Spade certainly delivers the laughs.
"I am just a moron. I just jump around and act like a cartoon," he admitted.
