David Beckham and Victoria Beckham welcome a daughter
(CBS) It's a girl for David and Victoria Beckham.
The soccer star, 36, announced on his Facebook page that his wife gave birth to a daughter on Sunday morning in Los Angeles.

"I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham," he wrote. "She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7:55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister."
The Beckhams, who are already parents to three sons - Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6 - announced in March that they were expecting a baby girl.
According to People magazine, the former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer, 37, had a pink-themed baby shower in May to prepare for the new arrival.
Sports fans have noted that Harper's middle name is likely a reference to Beckham's soccer jersey number when he played for Manchester United and England's national team. He had to give up the "7" jersey when he joined Spain's Real Madrid team, Us magazine reports, because team captain Raul was already using the number.
