"CSI" Actor Gary Dourdan, Crime Victim? Battered by His Girlfriend, Say Police

VENICE, Calif. (CBS) Gary Dourdan, the actor best known for playing Warwick on "CSI," was reportedly a victim of domestic violence Tuesday afternoon - and his girlfriend is the alleged batterer.

According to TMZ, Dourdan's girlfriend Maria Asis del Alamo was handcuffed and taken into custody after police were called to a Venice, CA home in the early afternoon.

Asis del Alamo, 5'8'' and 110 lbs. apparently did some damage to the 6'2'' Dourdan, because TMZ says police found Dourdan scratched up.

The girlfriend was booked on misdemeanor domestic battery and is now free on bail, says the celebrity site.
