Courtney Bowles (PICTURE): Colo. Teacher Accused of Sex with Student

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS/AP) Courtney Bowles, a 31-year-old Loveland high school teacher, is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student and has been ordered to stay away from anyone under the age of 18, including her own children.

Bowles was arrested Friday at a Loveland park after police say she was found naked in a car with the boy, the Fort Collins Coloradoan reports. The boy was allegedly also naked.

Bowles, an instructional coach at Mountain View High School, was charged with suspicion of sexual assault on a child and appeared in court Monday. She was also charged with suspicion of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The judge ordered her to have no contact with the alleged victim or anyone under than the age of 18, including her own kids.

"I know this will have a significant impact on Ms. Bowles' ability to see her own children," Magistrate Matthew Zehe said according to the Coloradoan.

She is being held on $50,000 person recognizance bond.

It is unclear if Bowles was the alleged victim's teacher.
