Coldplay announces album news, unveils new single

Coldplay dropped some big news on Friday.

First the band will release its seventh studio album, "A Head Full of Dreams," on Dec. 4. And Chris Martin and the gang unveiled a taste of the new music in the form of the song "Adventures of a Lifetime."

This will mark the group's first album since last year's "Ghost Stories." Give the new single a listen below.
