Cher Goes Back To The Movies

Cher, last seen on the CBS special Sonny and Me: Cher Remembers, is making another movie.

She'll play a wealthy Jewish-American art dealer who becomes a key figure in the life of a young man in Tea With Mussolini.

It's a Franco Zeffirelli film, with a cast that includes Joan Plowright, Maggie Smith, Judi Dench, and Lily Tomlin.

Shooting starts June 1 in Italy.
