TMZ reports that Sheen believes that the judges who preside over private arbitrations do, as the site says, "lots of business with Warner Bros." and so has requested the public trial in his breach of contract suit, which was filed earlier this month.
Warner Bros. spokesman Paul McGuire previously told CBS News that Warner Bros. has no comment. "Two and a Half Men" is produced by Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre Productions and the Tannenbaum Comapny and distributed by CBS.
Sheen took to Twitter after the lawsuit's filing, writing, "Fastball: Torpedo away... You corporate Trolls were warned. And now you've been served!"
