Charlie Sheen engaged to Brett Rossi

Charlie Sheen is winning in the love department.

The 48-year-old actor proposed to girlfriend, adult film star Brett Rossi, on Saturday, publicist Jeff Ballard told People. Sheen popped the question while vacationing in Hawaii over Valentine’s Day.

He later tweeted about the engagement, referring his new fiancee by her nickname "Scottie":

Rossi told E! News, "Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee," she tells E!. "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's Day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise.”

 Sheen has walked down the aisle three times before – first with Donna Peeleb, and then with and Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller. He has five children.

Sheen and Rossi went public with their relationship last fall.
