Cee Lo Green among judges for Miss Universe 2012
Cee Lo Green is among the 10 celebrity judges for this year's Miss Universe competition, the organization announced Thursday.
The other judges named are San Francisco Giants player Pablo Sandoval, TV personality and photographer Nigel Barker, Singer/actor Diego Boneta, "Keeping Up With The Kardashian's" Scott Disick, celebrity stylist Brad Goreski, "Iron Chef" star Chef Masharu Morimoto, three-time Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh-Jennings, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump and Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete.
"These talented individuals will have the task of selecting the next Miss Universe so we are excited they will be a part of this worldwide telecast," said Paula M. Shugart, president of the Miss Universe Organization in a statement.
Train will perform at the event along with Nigerian-born Tim Omaji, known as Timomatic.
The 89 contestants will compete in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. The Miss Universe pageant will broadcast live from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Dec. 19 at 8 p.m.
