Casey Anthony Update: Defense Team Releases 329 Page Report on Expert Witnesses
NEW YORK (CBS) The defense team for Casey Anthony, the Florida mother who is charged with capital murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, has complied with a judge's order to release details on the expert witnesses they plan to call during the May 2011 trial.

The defense put forth a 329-page report on its witnesses. Last week, Orange County Circuit Judge Belvin Perry ordered both sides to exchange detailed reports about their experts. The judge also reminded the parties that "the trial date is quickly approaching" and that the exchange needs to happen by Dec. 23.
The defense released its report late Wednesday shortly after a hearing where the judge granted a defense motion to allow payment for 110 additional hours for a private investigator, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The defense witness list reads like a who's who of forensic pathology.
Dr. Henry Lee, one of the foremost experts on criminology and forensic pathology, is expected to testify about evidence from the scene where Caylee Anthony's remains were found, from Casey Anthony's car, and other areas, according to the Sentinel.
Also included were renowned Dutch forensic team Drs. Richard and Selma Eikelenboom whose Netherlands-based Independent Forensic Services lab specializes in trace evidence recovery and Touch DNA testing, and a board-certified entomologist from Nebraska, the paper reported.
Forensic entomology has been used to help establish time of death and postmortem movement of bodies.
Anthony is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 when she was reported missing by her maternal grandmother in July of that year.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty and maintains that Caylee was abducted by her babysitter.
