"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" debuts first trailer
Captain America is back, and the first trailer for his big-screen sequel has arrived online.
"Captain America: The Winter Soldier"takes place after the events of "The Avengers," when aliens attacked in the Battle of New York.
Now, Steve Rogers (aka Captain America, played by Chris Evans) is living in Washington, D.C., and still adjusting to life in the modern world. He teams up with Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) to take down a powerful new enemy.
The trailer also features glimpses of Samuel L. Jackson as S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury, Anthony Mackie as the Falcon and Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce, who tells Rogers, "To build a better world sometimes means turning the old way down. And that makes enemies."
"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" opens in U.S. theaters on April 4. Watch the trailer below:
