Capri Anderson's Claims are "Completely False," Charlie Sheen's Lawyer Says

NEW YORK (CBS) Charlie Sheen's lawyer has vowed to "vigorously" fight against the allegations leveled at the "Two and Half Men" star by adult film actress Capri Anderson.

Yale Galanter rejected all claims that Sheen, 35, was violent towards Anderson, 22, on the night when police were called to the actor's New York City hotel room, which was reportedly found trashed.

"Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident," Galanter said in a statement to ABC News Sunday. "She has posted on her website that she was 'fine' after the incident but if you wanted to see more of her enter the web site for money."

Anderson, who was hired to escort Sheen to a dinner, said in the interview with ABC's "Nightline" that she feared for her life and locked herself in the hotel room's bathroom after Sheen allegedly hurled racial slurs, threw a lamp at her, and had "his hands around my neck." She said she is suing Sheen for battery and false imprisonment, and plans on filing a criminal report with New York police.

"If she pursues legal action, we will defend this vigorously," Galanter said. "These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity."
