Capri Anderson (PICTURES): Charlie Sheen's Porn Star "Date" Says She's Suing Actor

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Capri Anderson, the porn star who was reportedly in Charlie Sheen's New York City hotel room when police were called last month, says the CBS actor hurled racial slurs, threw a lamp at her and grabbed her by the throat.

Anderson says she's suing Sheen for battery and false imprisonment, and plans on filing a criminal report with New York police.

Appearing on ABC's Good Morning America on Monday, the porn star described events at the hotel that led to her locking herself in a bathroom of Sheen's suite, which was found trashed. Sheen was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

Anderson said she had been hired only to escort Sheen to dinner that night.

According to the New York Daily News, at age 16 or 17, Anderson, born Christina Walsh, went to California, where she got involved in the porn business, the Post says.

The 22-year-old has starred in adult films including "Big Bust Cougars," "Virgins of the Screen 6" and "Barely 18: Spring Break," according to newspapers in New York and London.

A representative for Sheen denied the allegations.
