Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, tells ABC News that she was hired for $3,500 to escort Sheen to dinner that night. According to her, the night took a violent turn when the actor put "his hands around my neck."
"I really thought to myself, you have gotten yourself in a bad, bad situation," the 22-year-old New Yorker said. "I never expected the night would unfold the way it did."
"Towards the latter half of the night, it got really bad. He started yelling racial slurs," Anderson adds.
Sheen's alleged violent and abusive behavior led Anderson to lock herself in a bathroom of the actor's hotel suite, which was found trashed.
"He threw the lamp against the wall in my direction ... And once the lamp flew, it was like there was just stuff coming from every angle. He was just - anything he could pick up, he was trashing the place," she said.
When the police arrived, Sheen was reportedly found intoxicated and naked. He was later taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. The 45-year-old broke his silence the next day and called the night a "totally overblown" story.
Anderson says she's suing the "Two and a Half Men" star for battery and false imprisonment, and plans to file a criminal report with New York Police.
Anderson's full interview will air on ABC's "Nightline" on Monday at 11:35 p.m EDT.
