Caitlyn Jenner steps out for New York Pride celebration
Caitlyn Jenner stepped out for New York City Pride on Sunday and was photographed smiling, taking in the celebratory vibe -- with a video camera in tow, of course.
According to E! News, she and six girlfriends attended the Jared Needle and Voss Productions party deejayed by Jeremy Blacklow at the Dream Downtown Hotel.
"Everyone started chanting, 'Caitlyn, Caitlyn,'" a fellow party-goer said. "She got up and waved and smiled at everyone."
Jenner, 65, reportedly had E! cameras following her around, shooting footage that will likely become part of the the eight episode docu-series, "I Am Cait," which premieres on July 26.
Last Friday, E! unveiled a new promo for the show, which finds Jenner saying, "We're going to talk about everything. We're going to do a lot of fun things for the first time. We're going to go shopping for the first time. Maybe even some boy stuff, like ride a motorcycle--because girls do that too. It's going to be quite a journey. We're going to do some good."
Earlier this month, the former Olympian-turned-reality-star went public with a new female identity and name on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine.
