Burger King bikini brawler pleads "no contest" - banned from chain
(CBS/WAKA) PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. - Nekiva Hardy, the woman accused of starting a brawl at a Burger King in Panama City Beach while wearing a bikini, has been banned from the fast-food chain after pleading no contest to criminal charges.

The March 19 incident was captured on tape and has since been viewed thousands of times on YouTube.
The woman in the video, identified as Hardy of Montgomery, Ala., is seen hitting and throwing items at employees, jumping onto the counter and hitting someone with a large container.
CBS affiliate WAKA reported Tuesday that Hardy entered a plea on two felony charges of giving a false name to law enforcement and criminal mischief, plus other misdemeanor charges.
She was also fined more than $4,000 in restitution and court costs.
One of the fast food chain's employees told authorities Smith was complaining about her order when the fight began.
