Bryan Cranston shows off his Donald Trump impression
Bryan Cranston has a new character he's dying to play on the big screen: Donald Trump.
The "Breaking Bad" actor revealed his desire to take on the role of the presumptive GOP nominee during an interview with the "Today" show Monday.
"I'd like to play Donald Trump at some point," Cranston said. "He's huge. He's this Shakespearean character, this serio-tragic-comedic character. Who wouldn't want to take a bite out of that?"
He then offered proof of why he's the right actor for the role, launching into an eerily accurate Trump impression.
Cranston also offered an impression of former colleague Jerry Seinfeld as well, in case that's of interest to any film producers.
It's unclear, however, if anyone has informed Cranston that Johnny Depp already beat him to the punch on this one.
