(CBS) "Britian's Got Talent" judge Amanda Holden was in "critical condition" after giving birth to her second daughter, Hollie Rose, on Monday.

According to The Mirror, the 40-year-old is still very weak. The TV personality needed multiple blood transfusions after having a C-section.

Holden's husband, Chris Hughes, has issued a statement to the hospital staff saying, "I would like to thank all of the medical staff and everyone who has been involved in Amanda's care. They have all been absolutely fantastic."

Holden has been released from the hospital's intensive care unit, but is still reportedly not well enough to leave her bed and will be spending more time in the hospital, reports The Mirror.

"Britian's Got Talent" has started looking for her short-term replacement, but now they may even have to get a full-time female judge for the remainder of auditions to join judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon.
