Actor Brandon Jones charged with pointing gun at neighbor

LOS ANGELES --A "Pretty Little Liars" actor has been charged after he allegedly pointed a gun at his neighbor during a dispute,reports CBS Los Angeles.

Brandon Jones, 27, was charged with one felony count of assault with a firearm and one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a deadly weapon, according to the District Attorney's Office. He is also charged with one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a concealable firearm in public.

The actor has a recurring role on the show "Pretty Little Liars" as Andrew Campbell and has also had a recurring role in "The Fosters," according to IMDB.com.

Jones was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.

The charges reportedly stem from an altercation that occurred on Oct. 30, 2015, according to the station. Prosecutors say Jones exhibited a hidden handgun during a dispute with a neighbor at his home.

He is also charged with allegedly brandishing a knife and later pointing a handgun at a neighbor during a different dispute last month, according to CBS Los Angeles.

If convicted, Jones faces more than five years in state prison.
