Bow Wow on upcoming EP: "It's going to be a work of art"
Shad Moss, aka Bow Wow, has been busy over the past few weeks filming season 2 of "CSI: Cyber." But that doesn't mean he hasn't had time to put into his music career.
While on the set of the CBS series last week in Los Angeles, the 28-year-old rapper/actor revealed to CBS News that he has a "10-song EP" in the works.
"It's going to be a work of art. It's going to be real nice. It's going to be very grown-up and mature. It's going to be dope," said Moss, who started his music career at age 11.
As for the album's title? Well, it sounds like we'll have to wait on that one.
"I got a title for it, but it's not appropriate for right now," Moss said laughing, suggesting that it was NSFW. "And I'm going to probably be saying that a lot. I probably won't be able to say the title of my own EP."
OK, Bow Wow, now you have us curious. Very.
In the mean time, you can catch the longtime rapper on Jermaine Dupri's new single, "WYA (Where You At?)."
"We shot that video ... on a boat. It was so dope -- yacht, women and all kinds of stuff," he said about the video, which is expected to surface this weekend.
And while he was at it, Moss decided to shoot a video for one of his new tracks. There's no telling when it will come out, but Moss says he's glad to have in the can.
Hear more from Moss in the video above, and tune in on Oct. 4 for the season 2 premiere of "CSI: Cyber," starring Moss, Patricia Arquette, James Van Der Beek and Ted Danson.
