Roethlisberger was accused of sexually assaulting a college student during a late night of partying in the small Georgia town of Milledgeville on March 5.
CBS affiliate WGCL was the first to get copies of the DVDs containing the explicit interviews, crime scene photos and surveillance video.
On the DVDs, an agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation interviews the 20-year-old college student who said Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger raped her.
"Did he bend you over?" asked an investigator.
"I don't remember. I was just scared. It's this big man, I was just trying to get away," said the victim.
"What position did he have you in?" asked the investigator.
"I don't know," said the victim.
The victim told investigators that one of Roethlisberger's bodyguards took her to a back hallway and left her.
"He like had me sit at this stool, penis already out of his pants. I was like, 'no,'" said the victim.
The victim told the investigator that Roethlisberger did not wear a condom.
"He proceeded to have sex with me. Then he just got up and left," said the victim.
The victim told the investigator she then went back to her friends, left the club and found the nearest police officer.
Prosecutors said there wasn't enough evidence to warrant criminal charges, but the quarterback did receive a six game suspension from the NFL for his behavior. Roethlisberger's attorney has denied he did anything wrong.
