Ben Affleck all smiles, wears wedding ring at red carpet premiere
Ben Affleck was all smiles and even wearing his wedding ring Monday night at the Los Angeles premiere for the new season of "Project Greenlight."
The 42-year-old actor, who announced his divorce from Jennifer Garner in June after 10 years of marriage, donned a blue suit and a scruffy beard on the red carpet.
His public appearance comes after spending the weekend with Jennifer Garner and their three kids in Atlanta, per "Entertainment Tonight."
The couple announced on June 30 that they were headed for a divorce, revealing in a statement, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time."
Since then, plenty of rumors about Affleck have surfaced -- from alleged gambling woes to an affair with the couple's former nanny.
Whatever is going on, it appears that Affleck and Garner's relationship is an amicable one.
Affleck didn't stop to do interviews Monday, but his friend and "Project Greenlight" partner, Matt Damon, weighed in, saying his buddy is doing "great." "He's got a big smile on his face tonight," Damon said on the red carpet, according to The Associated Press.
Season 4 of "Project Greenlight" premieres Sept. 13.
