"When you see Greg Glassman, if you're expecting a super-fit guy with a big neck and huge biceps and ripped abs, he's about 180 degrees away from that," Sharyn Alfonsi says about the creator of CrossFit, a workout program that mixes elements of weightlifting, calisthenics and gymnastics.
Glassman, profiled this week on 60 Minutes, "doesn't look like the guy who should be behind the biggest fitness empire in the world right now," Alfonsi says.

But, as seen in the above video, Glassman is a lot like the workout program he created -- unpredictable, uncompromising, and raw. Take his corporate mascot, Pukie the Clown, for example. When critics said CrossFit makes people vomit, Glassman embraced the notion.
