Gristina pleaded guilty on September to a single count of promoting prostitution. She has been free on bail since June after spending nearly four months behind bars on Riker's Island. Her plea deal includes a six-month jail term, but she may be sentenced to time served.
A judge also told Gristina, who is a legal U.S. resident originally from Scotland, that she faces the possibility of deportation.
Prosecutors charged Gristina in February after receiving a tip alleging that she was running an upscale prostitution ring out of an apartment on the Upper East Side.
