Alicia Silverstone gives birth to first child
(CBS) It's a boy for Alicia Silverstone and husband Christopher Jarecki.
The actress and author gave birth to son Bear Blu Jarecki on Thursday, her rep told People magazine Monday.
"Mom and Dad are completely in love" with their "beautiful baby boy," Silverstone's rep said in a statement, according to the report.
Silverstone, 34, and Jarecki, 40, married in June 2005 after eight years together. The actress' pregnancy was announced in January.
