Now that the holiday season has drawn to a close, fewer music fans are picking up Michael Buble's "Christmas" album. His holiday collection, the most recent chart-topper, has slipped to No. 24.

The drop made way for Adele's "21" to reach the top of the chart with 144,000 copies selling last week. It marks the British singer's 14th non-consecutive week at the top of the tally.

Adele's "21" ranks third for having spent the most weeks at No. 1 (for a female artist), tied with Whitney Houston's 1986 debut. Houston's soundtrack to 1992's "The Bodyguard" spent the longest time on the charts (20 weeks), followed by Carole King's "Tapestry" (15 weeks in 1971), according to Billboard.

Adele, meanwhile, is up for six nominations at the 54th annual Grammy Awards, set to take place in Los Angeles on Feb. 12.

The singer was photographed over the holidays getting cozy in Florida with a new guy, reportedly Simon Konecki, who heads up the U.K. charity Drop4Drop. See the photos here.
