Actor Jesse Metcalfe Looking to Sell California Home

Former Desperate Housewives hunk Jesse Metcalfe is the latest celebrity to list his Beverly Hills house for sale.

Metcalfe, 32, shot to the top of television's "A" list with his Mrs. Robinson-esque portrayal of teen gardener John Rowland, lover of Gabrielle Solis (played by Eva Longoria), from 2004 to 2009.

The once-fictional pool boy seeks to unload his real-life Garden of Eden for the asking price of $2.2 Million. Incidentally, this amount is exactly what Metcalfe paid when he purchased the property in 2008. So, he'll likely lose a little pocket change when he closes on the deal.

Michelle Jones of Hollywood Hills Real Estate is the listing agent. With an estimated monthly mortgage payment of almost $13,000 for the single-family home, you'll need a lot of syndication residuals to foot the bill.
