A New Cheap Netbook with Cool Features

If you've been thinking about getting one of those ultra-portable, cheap netbooks you've heard so much about (and we know many of you are considering it), there's a new one on the scene that may be just what you're looking for. The Lenovo IdeaPad S10 just got a great rating from Wired for its 10.2 inch screen, its great performance (at least compared to other netbooks) and its Windows XP platform—all for under $500.

But wait, there's more. According to a new press release (via Gizmodo), you'll be able to get your Lenovo with a quick start option that lets you surf the web and chat in only seconds after you turn it on. That's part of an industry-wide trend to give back users the precious minutes we waste while waiting for our computers to boot up.
