1st grader creates a Rube Goldberg machine (and monster trap)
(CBS) - The band OK Go got a lot of people excited about Rube Goldberg machines when they used an amazingly intricate one in their music video "This Too Shall Pass". One of those people was a young 1st grader, Audri, who decided to try and emulate the band.
You know you've created a great homage when the band actually gives a big "wow" to your video. The video entitled "Audri's Rube Goldberg Monster Trap" was posted by Audri who writes:
Audri would like to say thanks for all the encouraging comments. He is 7 years old and he can read so please keep it positive. Audri's inspiration comes from Bill Nye, Beakman, the Mythbusters, and Joseph Herscher. He was especially inspired to make this video after seeing OK GO's This Too Shall Pass
We'd like to give a big triple-rainbow salute to Audri for this amazing endeavor and are including OK Go's "This Too Shall Pass" below for reference (and because it's a really great music video). To check out more videos by Audri, you can visit his YouTube page by clicking here.
