10-year-old autistic girl reported missing near Denver

(CBS/KKTV) - Police in Arvada, Colo. are asking for the public's help in finding a 10-year-old autistic girl who was reported missing Monday .

Kristina Vlassenko was last seen Monday around 3:30 p.m. at 58 and Miller Street in Arvada, several miles west of Denver, reports CBS affiliate KKTV.

Arvada police canvassed the area Monday but found no signs of the girl, reports KMGH. The 10-year-old is reportedly outfitted with a Life Trak system, a real time tracking device that uses low-frequency radio signals, but it has not yet yielded results, according to KMGH.

Police say Vlassenko, who is reportedly from Russia, has very limited speaking ability.

She is described a 3'8" white female with hazel eyes and brown hair, and weighing 40 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red Mickey Mouse t-shirt, a white undershirt, blue jeans and pink sandals.

There are no indications of foul play at this time.
