Tom Honeysett, broadcast editor for "60 Minutes, has been at CBS News since 1975, editing for programs like the "Evening News," "60 Minutes" and the documentary unit. He manages a team of editors at "60," coordinating what goes on in the editing rooms and performing an editor's version of "triage" during breaking news situations. With that kind of experience, he's pretty well informed about what it's like to be a news editor these days, and how it has changed over the years.
