Winter storm could bring half-foot of fresh snow to parts of Minnesota
WCCO meteorologist Joseph Dames says snow moves into western Minnesota by about midnight and will spread east through the day. The morning commute will have falling snow, and the evening commute will also have snow, but with breezy winds which could cause a visibility issue.
