Questions surround toddler's shooting death in northeast Minneapolis
There are more questions than answers right now as Minneapolis police are dealing with as they investigate the shooting death of a 3-year-old boy. A 911 call sent first responders to the Hook and Ladder Apartments in northeast Minneapolis on reports of a child shot. WCCO's Reg Chapman has the latest on the search for answers.
