Proposed ordinance looks to address homelessness in Minneapolis

The city of Minneapolis is making changes in the way it handles the unsheltered living in encampments. An ordinance was proposed that would provide more transparency when it comes to tracking where the encampments, resources offered to people living there and associated costs of the removal. Reg Chapman has more on the effort and how those impacted feel about it.
