We are in a NEXT WEATHER ALERT. There are severe weather alerts in place throughout Minnesota. In the northwestern part of the state the alert is in place until midnight. A severe thunderstorm watch is in place for the metro area until 4 a.m. Sunday. Meteorologist Lisa Meadows breaks down the timing.
