New report finds "adverse" health events are up for 4th straight year
A new report from the Minnesota Department of Health shows that the number of "adverse" health events continue to rise for the 4th year in a row. These are incidents that resulted in harm because of the medical care, not because of any disease or illness. WCCO's David Schuman has the story.
