Mayor, interim police chief speak on St. Paul triple homicide
Three people are dead and two others are injured after a shooting late Sunday afternoon in St. Paul's Payne-Phalen neighborhood. St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter and Interim Police Chief Jeremy Ellison spoke on the deaths at a press conference Monday afternoon.
