Man’s 2009 murder conviction could be vacated at Friday hearing
Edgar Barrientos-Quintana was convicted of murder in 2009. Now the Hennepin County prosecutor says he was convicted because prosecutors and police back then ignored evidence that would have helped him prove he is innocent.
