Leaders frustrated as 3 shootings connected to Minneapolis encampment
A man in an alley was gunned down in broad daylight. This is the second deadly shooting in Minneapolis just today. Both are believed to be connected to homeless encampments. City leaders say they're fired up, and fed up. As Ubah Ali reports, those two shootings happened just blocks apart in South Minneapolis and just hours apart.
