How potholes can cause food insecurity
It's no secret that potholes are causing major issues for Minnesotans right now. Second Harvest Heartland says on top of just car trouble, the nuisances are leading to an increase in food insecurity. This afternoon, they explained why, and continued to ask for additional funding for Minnesota food banks.
