Extended: Minneapolis residents want neither of city's MPD 3rd Precinct site proposals
Since May of 2020, the spot where the Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct building once sat has been shuttered and surrounded by barbed wire. Three years later, its future still hangs in the balance.
