City worker arrested in shooting of teen at rec center
A man who worked at a rec center with teenagers is now accused of shooting one of them. The 26-year-old worked at the Jimmy Lee Rec center in St. Paul. As Esme Murphy shares there are still a lot of questions city officials are working answer.
